Aims: Attract Ss’ attention to the lesson and lead in the new lesson.
Brainstorming
- Ss work in groups of 4 to list all job
words they’ve known on A4 paper.
- The group with the most correct
answers is the winner.
- Suggested answers: teacher,
policeman, student, cook,
firefighter…
2.Set objectives
Aims: introduce the objectives of the lesson with a can-do statement.

3.Presentation
Aims: teach Ss words related to jobs.
