I. Objectives:
By the end of this lesson, students will be able to:
- Pronounce correctly -ed sound
- Use Past simple with Tobe effectively
- Improve Speaking, Listening and Writing skill
II. Procedures

New lesson VOCABULARY - Teach S new words - Let S repeat few times - Practice with sentences Activity: Look, listen and repeat - Let S listen to the conversation - Practice the dialogue - Elicit structure: Where were you yesterday? => I was at/ on/ in + place Where was + name + yesterday? => He/ She was in/ at/ on + place - Read 2 examples Activity: Point and say - Tell S look at pictures and practice by structure Activity: Listen and tick - Tell S listen and put tick on the right picture - Play the audio - Check Activity: Look and write - Ask S to look at the picture then write the missing words/ phrases - Give S time to do the task - Check spelling Activity: Let’s sing - Play the song for s to listen - Help S practice reading the lyrics - Play the song again and require S to sing along PRONUNCIATION - Introduce the sound - Help S understand how to pronounce -ed /d/ - Practice with accompanying words - Ask S to repeat few times
