- Know how to introduce someone
- Improve Listening, Writing skill
II. Procedures

New lesson Activity: Look, listen and repeat - Introduce the situation of the conversation - Ask student some questions about the pictures: + How many people are there? + What can you see? - Let student listen to the conversation - Practice conversation (role – play) Pronunciation - Help student understand how to pronounce letter T and Y - Show student new words starting with T and Y - Tell student to repeat several times - Ask student to spell all the words Structure: - Go back to Look, listen and repeat activity - Practice the conversation one more time - Underline the sentence that uses to introduce somebody - Elicit structure for student Who is this? => This is + name - Practice with 3 characters Activity: Point and say - Look at the picture and practice following example - Point and say with Linda, Peter, Tony, Quan using structures that are given - Focus on student’s pronunciation Activity: Let’s talk - Let student listen to the audio first - Practice with other characters Activity: Listen and tick - Explain the requirement for student - Let student to listen to the recording and do the task - Check Activity: Look and write - Ask student to look at the pictures and fill in the information - Help if needed - Check - Practice with the 2 completed conversation Activity: Let’s sing - Play the recording for student to listen to - Then, help student sing along with the song or practice to read the lyrics - (Help student translate the song) 3. Summary: - Consolidate the content of the lesson - Learn and write new words and structures - Home work |

- Improving listening, reading, writing skill
II. Procedures

1. Warm – up: - Show Activity Point and say or Let’s talk in the last lesson to review structures 2. New lesson Activity: Look, listen and repeat - Introduce the situation - Ask student some questions about pictures + What can you see? + Where are they? + Who are they? + How many people are there in the picture - Let student listen to the conversation - Help student understand the conversation - Practice conversation - Elicit structure for student When he/she wants to ask and answer about someone else Is that + name? => Yes, it is/ No, it isn’t - Practice with 2 pictures (T asks – students answers) Vocabulary Cat Lion Buffalo - Tell student to repeat all the words few times (focus on pronunciation) - Practice with structures - T uses some item at home to help student practice structures (pen, backpack, cup, book,…) Practice - Explain the requirement - Point at random character then ask to help student practice Activity: Listen and number - Let student to the recording to do the task - Listen the second time if needed - Check Activity: Look, read and answer - Tell student to look at the picture then answer the question - Let student write his/her answer (If the answer is “no” then ask student who that is) 3.
