- Pronounce correctly 2 vowels : /i/ and /o/

New lesson PRONUNCIATION - Introduce to student how to pronounce /i/ and /o/ - Teach student accompanying words - Ask student to repeat few times - Check understanding - Require student to spell all the words Activity: Look, listen and repeat - Let student listen to the conversation - Practice that dialogue - Elicit structure: Is this/ that + possessive adjectives + N? => Yes, it is/ No, it isn’t Activity: Point and say - Show student the example for student read it first - Practice with pictures a – d by structure Activity: Let’s talk - Look at picture and practice structure - Point at random school thing to ask student Activity: Listen and tick - Ask student to listen to the audio and put a tick on the right picture - Check Activity: Look, read and write - Ask student to look at the picture and write suitable words in the blanks - Check - Require student read all the completed sentences 3. Summary: - Consolidate the content of the lesson - Learn and write new words and structures - Home work |
