- To introduce “i-learn smart world” student’s book
- Tell students something about Great Britain; England and English. Students learn how to study English well and know the way to learn English.
*Vocabulary: Use lexical items related to textbook, and the way to learn English in class; at home... some classroom languages.
* Grammar: to be; present simple tense; present continuous…
2. Abilities
- By the end of the lesson, students will be able to know how to study English effectively and how to use “i-learn smart world” book and know the methods to study “i-learn smart world” book.
3. Qualities:
- To teach Ss the love of English; the love of their new school. The awareness about importance of learning English. Students have the good attitude to work in groups, individual work, pair work, cooperative learning and working.

- Talk about their hobbies, using words: build models, bake cakes, make vlogs, read comics, play online games, collect soccer stickers.
- Practice reading and understanding general and specific information about a teen’s hobby.
- Use the Present Simple for talking about habits.

- Improve communication, collaboration, analytical and critical thinking skills. 3. Qualities
- Take up a useful hobby and spend a suitable amount of time on this hobby.
- Build good habits for themselves and ditch bad ones.
