Talk about the traffic problems where you live or in a town, or a city you know well. 

III. Answer the following questions: (0.5 pts)

          - Have you ever attended the class of the traffic rules at your school? When?

- According to you, should your school teach students some road signs? Why?

- Did you use to go to school on foot? Do you give a signal before you turn left or turn right?

- Do children play football in the streets? Why or Why not?

- Which transports do you think it is good for the traffic and it helps the environment?

Topic 2: FILMS

Speaking time: 5 minutes.

- How often do you watch a film / a play / a cartoon ?

- How many hours a week do you spend watching a film / a play / a cartoon ?

            - Do you think action film is good for kids?

Topic 3: FESTIVALS

Speaking time: 5 minutes.

- Have you ever taken part in any festival? Name the festival.

- Name some special festivals you know in Viet Nam or around the world.

- When do Tet holidays happen in Viet Nam? Special food? Activities?

- Does the local Government often hold the Mid-Autumn Festival for children in your city? Tell some activities in this festival.
