Akari is 13 years old. She lives in Osaka with her family. Every morning, she has breakfast at a low table which is called a ‘kotatsu’. She often has steamed rice, miso soup and grilled fish, then she completes her breakfast with a cup of hot green tea. After breakfast, she walks to school. It only takes five minutes because her school is so close to her house. She goes to school from Monday to Friday and sometimes, Saturday mornings,too.
