They
produce
both
prescription
medications
and over-the-counter (OTC) products sold in
hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
In S&OP meeting in January’2025, Sales team
highlighted
a
higher
demand
for
antipyretic,
nasal spray and flu vaccines. Consequently the
peak-up
sales
has
caused
various
problems
relating to Supply Chain including revenue loss,
low customer service, and low OTIF.
